Returns Eligibility
1.We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at info@unruffleddesigns.com to request a return authorisation.
Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
5.Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the event of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund including return shipping costs.

7.How do I cancel my order?
We know that sometimes you can change your mind. So, your order can be cancelled within one hour of the order being placed.
8.Is it cultural appropriation to wear Unruffled Designs products if you’re not African or of African descent?
We welcome people of all backgrounds interested in celebrating the African diaspora to wear our products. Our founder Omotola Awotunde launched Unruffled Designs with the goal of sharing her rich Nigerian/African heritage with people who love bold African prints and appreciate its origin
