Order Processing & Cut-Off

  • Processing time: All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

2. Shopify Shipping & Carrier Options

  • We leverage Shopify Shipping to access discounted rates with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, and other trusted carriers.

  • At checkout you’ll see live shipping rates and estimated delivery windows based on your address and chosen service level.

4. International Shipping

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, Shopify will automatically email you a Shipping Confirmation with:

    1. Carrier name

    2. Tracking number

    3. A link to track your parcel in real time

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • First step: Check your tracking link and local depot.

  • If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed beyond the quoted window, contact us at info@unruffleddesigns.com

  • We will liaise with the carrier via Shopify Shipping to file a claim or resend your order where appropriate.

7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Before dispatch: You may update your shipping address via your Shopify order confirmation email or by emailing us immediately.

  • After dispatch: If a carrier returns your parcel to us, we’ll notify you. You can choose to:

    • Reship (additional shipping fee applies)

    • Refund (minus original shipping cost)

8. Local Pickup & Click-and-Collect

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders must be shipped via our carriers.

9. Special Shipping Requests

  • Gift-wrapping or bespoke packing requests can be added at checkout or by emailing info@unruffleddesigns.com before your order processes.

  • For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly for a tailored shipping quote.
